Maintenance workflow

Maintenance Windows, Firmware Drift & Ticket Webhooks

Three tools that cover the operational side of the fleet, not just its live status: planned-work noise, version drift, and the handoff to your support queue.

Maintenance windows

Open a maintenance window for a site before planned work, and new alerts and the audible alarm are muted for that site only — devices keep polling for real, so the map and list stay accurate, but the noise doesn't page anyone. No more ack-all sweeps after the fact.

Firmware & config drift

A fleet-wide view of every RouterOS and other radio firmware version running, checked against the latest known build per vendor. Out-of-date devices are flagged at a glance, and a scheduled upgrade is one click away — it ties directly into the existing backup system, so every upgrade has a pre-change config export sitting next to it.

Alert-to-ticket webhook

Any alert can become a support ticket with one click. It posts to a webhook URL you configure — your own helpdesk, whatever you already use — with that device's recent outage history attached, so the ticket starts with context instead of a bare alarm message.
